All Clearance items are Final Sale

Custom orders Are Final Sale

If you receive a damaged item, the damage needs to be bigger than a nickel in size. You have 2 days from receiving the item to contact us for an exchange. Once you have contacted us you have 14 days to ship the item back to us. 

Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted because you don't like the pattern, colors, placement or positions of fabric.

Retail items ship with 3-5 business days.

Custom orders vary in time. Please contact us to see what the current custom order turn around time is. 

All items are shipped with tracking and insurance.

Once items are given to the post office, they are out of our hands and we can no longer be responsible for lost or damaged items.

Please keep in mind that we are a small two person ran business so no two items will be the same. Every item is cut out by hand and sewn by hand so they will never be identical. We aren't a giant machine so not every stitch will be perfect. We say it adds to the uniqueness
